All camps are 4-weeks long. You can choose from the 3-day option or 4-day option. Classes are held Monday - Thursday at 5:30pm and 6:30pm. You will need to bring a work-out mat, bottle water, towel, 5-8lb dumbbells or 15-20lb dumbbells for male, and a “GREAT ATTITUDE.”
